Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. VINCik is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect address information.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at arman@vincikwine.com and include photos of the damaged package and product.
